After confirming the class selection (days and times), you will receive an offer letter immediately.
Secure your spot by completing the online payment for the registration fee and security deposit (approximately equal to one-month tuition fee).
Due to the limited number of available seats in our programs, the deposit fee is to ensure we can hold a seat for you. Your security deposit will be used to settle your last month of tuition.

Our WOW Activity Group enrollment is open throughout the year. You may apply at any time, but your child must be at least 6 months old on their starting date. However, due to limited space, we recommend applying in advance to secure your preferred days and time slots.
Our admissions operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred time is full, we will recommend an alternative time slot. If no alternative works for you, we can place you on the waitlist. To increase your chances of securing your top choice, we encourage early applications once you have finalized your schedule.
Waitlist duration varies by campus and preferred schedule. We recommend applying at least 1 to 2 months before your intended start date to increase your chances of securing your preferred slot.
Usually, about 90% of our Nursery & Kindergarten programs consist of current students. The remaining 10% of spaces is made available to non-Tutor Time families. Current students do not need to complete the observation process since teachers will have records of their development and progress in class.
Our experienced teachers are trained to identify and support children with learning difficulties or developmental delays. If concerns arise, we’ll communicate with you promptly and work together to create a tailored plan to support your child’s growth. We strive to include all children in our programs, provided they can engage meaningfully with our curriculum.
