Due to the limited number of available seats in our programs, the deposit fee is to ensure we can hold a seat for you. It is fully refunded in your first month of tuition payment.

For current students, no interview or observation is required. Our dedicated teachers continuously monitor your child’s progress through detailed reports, which we use to ensure a smooth transition to the next program. For new families, a short observation will be scheduled to understand your child’s needs and ensure our program is a great fit.

Our admissions operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred program is full, we’ll offer you a spot in another available program, such as a different time slot (e.g., Nursery PM instead of Nursery AM). To increase your chances of securing your top choice, we encourage early applications, even if your child hasn’t yet reached the program’s age requirement.

Admission to Nursery & Kindergarten is on a rolling basis, which means that children born in October can start in October, those born in November can start in November etc. However, since spaces in our Nursery and Kindergarten program are limited, we recommend applying well in advance for a better chance to secure your seat.

Usually, about 90% of our Nursery & Kindergarten programs consist of current students. The remaining 10% of spaces is made available to non-Tutor Time families.

Our experienced teachers are trained to identify and support children with learning difficulties or developmental delays. If concerns arise, we’ll communicate with you promptly and work together to create a tailored plan to support your child’s growth. We strive to include all children in our programs, provided they can engage meaningfully with our curriculum.
